Customer Review: Five Stars Isn't Enough

I've been using this pan for about a year and it still looks brand new. The first time I used it I was being a smarty and didn't put any oil in the pan. I made scrambled eggs and they did stick, so I had to scrape the pan with a spatula, but I didn't have to scrub it. Now when I use it, I put in a dab of oil and everything slides right out. When I rinse the pan it's so clean I think maybe I could just dry it and put it back in the cupboard without washing it. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried potatoes, sizzler steaks - no problem with anything.
This pan may be thinner than other anodized cookware, but it's sturdy and cooks evenly. It's just the ticket for someone like me who has arthritis and has trouble picking up an already heavy pan filled with food. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a lid. Bonus - the rivets on the inside have non-stick coating. It's about time! Because the sides are sloped, the actual cooking surface is 7". Always used on an electric range and washed by hand.
The photo is three free range, organic chicken eggs. That's why the yolks are so dark.
