Customer Review: BEWARE OF GIFT 3 Stars
Cookies I baked a few times came out very nice! They seem to bake very well. My brother came to visit from Japan and I was telling him about my new cookie/baking sheets & he jumped in & said he heard insulated or airbake were the best & I told him that they do bake well, but I was too embarrassed to show them to him so I quickly changed the subject. I do like the sizes. I hope they don't cause any problems with the outcome of future recipes as I have only used them for a few batches of cookies and so far, so good. I used the largest sheet which has the most scratches & dents and all went well, so my guess is, performance is not a problem with these ugly gashes. It really ticks me off as I go out of my way to keep things nice & new like & these came to me so scratched & abused it is just so frustrating! I feel like a fool to recommend these garage sale quality sheets to anyone, but if you do, try & find non-thrashed ones or another brand. I give them 3 stars for the embarrassment & ugliness of which could have easily been prevented. So, I bake excellent cookies, but keep these baking sheets well hidden!
